Such antimicrobial hygienic treatment implement for the female is formed to an hourglass shape having a plane shape adaptable to the pudental region of the female and the implement for the male is formed to a tablespoon shape adaptable to the pudental region of the male. As a result, a tacky adhesive is applied over the entire surface of the front surface of the back sheet 3 of the film for the female and to the upper part and lower part on the front surface of the back sheet 3 of the film for the male and the sheet is fastened by release paper 9 from above, by which the dermatosis of the pudental region may be prevented.
