This leathery sheet comprises a base layer of fiber assembly impregnated with an elastic polymer and a coating layer formed on the surface thereof. An antimicrobial agent-containing resin is dispersed in the base layer, the surface of the coating layer is provided with the antimicrobial agent- containing resin in a spotty fashion, and the shortest distance between the spots adjacent to each other is 10-100 μm.
