Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an antimicrobial plastic product having a long life by firmly bonding an antimicrobial agent having a long life only to the surface of the plastic product.
CONSTITUTION: When a mold, a roller, etc., is sprayed with a propellant comprising 0.1-40wt.% antimicrobial phosphate double salt having ≤10μm diameter prepared by supporting 0.1-5.0wt.% silver on a slightly soluble orthophosphate double salt consisting essentially of calcium and zinc, 0.01-2wt.% coupling agent and 58-99.98wt.% dispersion medium as liquid drops having 10-300μm diameter by a double liquid nozzle and a plastic product is produced by using the mold or roller, the antimicrobial phosphate double salt is transferred and firmly bonded to the surface.
