Abstract:

To obtain an antimycotic agent that contains a zofimarin derivative bearing an oxazepane ring, or a pharmacologically acceptable ester or salt thereof as an active ingredient.

The antimycotic agent contains the zofimarin derivative represented by formula (I) (wherein R1 is formyl; R2 and R3 are each independently a 1-6C alkyl, or the like; R4 is H atom, or the like) or a pharmacologically acceptable ester a or salt thereof.
