PURPOSE: To obtain the titled composition suitable as a skin product for external use such as cosmetic, containing unsaturated fats and oils and unsaturated surface active agent, capable of effectively suppressing formation of peroxide, containing vitamin E and essence of placenta.

CONSTITUTION: The aimed composition containing (A) one or more vitamins E selected from natural vitamin E, α, β, γ and δ-tocopherols and (B) essence extracted with water from placenta of animal such has human, swine and sheep. The amounts of the composition used are 0.0001W5.0wt.% based on sum of final product of the component A and 0.01W10.0wt.% component B.
