Abstract:
To provide a multilayer structure for a display device in which the adhesion strength and the film strength are further enhanced and the reflectance property can be improved.
The multilayer structure for a display device comprises an ITO layer, a first Nb2O5 layer, a first SiO2 layer, a second Nb2O5 layer and a second SiO2 layer successively deposited on a glass substrate.
