Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the slipping of a tire through an antiskid plate and the damage of a road surface by moving the antiskid plate forward and backward as occasion demands to make it lie between the tire and the road surface.
CONSTITUTION: A spring 2 and an antiskid plate 1 are attached to a disc 3, and a rear wheel 9 is risen on the plate 1. The disc 3 can rotate as the tire 9 rotates, and the tire 9 can run on the plate 1. When the plate 1 enters under the tire 9, it enters there from the road surface 10, and the tire 9 pushes it to bring it into contact with the road surface 10. At this time, the spring 2 lengthens, and a spring 4 becomes off the tire 9 and contracts. In removing the plate 1 from the tire 9, a slide box 7 is moved.
