This antistatic acrylic resin composition comprising a hydroxyl group-having acrylic resin (A), an alkylene oxide chain-having compound (B), a compound (C) having a functional group capable of reacting with a hydroxyl group, and an ion compound (D) is characterized in that the acrylic resin (A) contains a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate having a primary hydroxyl group and having 3 to 20 carbon atoms in the alkyl chain as an essential component.
