To provide an antistatic adhesive having high antistatic performance with a small amount of a quaternary ammonium carboxylate group (Q).

The antistatic adhesive includes a (meth)acrylate copolymer (A) having a quaternary ammonium carboxylate group (Q). When measured by potentiometric titration, the acid value of the copolymer (A) is 0-35 KOH mg/1g. More preferably, the copolymer (A) has -CH2-CH2O- units (E). On the basis of the weight of the copolymer (A), 0.05-1.0 mol/1,000 g of the quaternary ammonium carboxylate group (Q) is contained in the antistatic adhesive.
