PURPOSE: To provide a packing material improved in the humidity-resistant dependence of antistatic capacity and corrosion resistance.

CONSTITUTION: In an air bubble sheet or a laminated air bubble sheet wherein the air bubble sheet and other sheet are laminated, at least one film among the films constituting the air bubble sheet 1 is composed of a film kneaded with an organoboron compound 2 liquid at room temp., having a mol.wt. of 20,000 or more and viscosity of 50,000 poise or more and represented by chemical formula 1 or 2. The antistatic capacity of the organoboron compound 2 is not lowered by a humidity change like that of a conventional antistatic material. Since the organoboron compound 2 has a high mol.wt., said compound is not bled of the kneaded film and has corrosion resistance.
