Abstract:
To provide an antistatic coating composition having high compatibility with a hard coat base and an antistatic film which excels in antistatic properties, transparency, and mar resistance, is hard, and has excellent adhesion to a plastic base material.
The antistatic coating composition comprises 100 pts.wt. hard coat base containing at least one of a monomer containing a plurality of ethylene groups and a prepolymer containing a plurality of ethylene groups and 0.5-50 pts.wt. polymer compound having a repeating unit of a polar structure of one of an ion pair and betaine and a fluorocarbon group. The antistatic film is obtained by curing this composition.
