To provide an antistatic coating liquid composition that has excellent water resistance, rapid drying speed, storage stability, and is resistant to high temperature and high humidity environments, therefore can be used in display devices such as LCD, PDP or the like.

The antistatic coating liquid composition includes a polyethylene dioxythiophene conductive polymer that contains an acrylic polymer formed by copolymerization of at least one acrylic monomer and cyclohexyl methacrylate and polyethylene dioxythiophene and ether or alcohol solvent, wherein the acrylic polymer and the conductive polymer are dissolved in the ether or alcohol solvent to form a liquid composition, herein the cyclohexyl methacrylate is set to 1 to 30 wt.% of the content of the acrylic monomer and included in the acrylic polymer.
