To provide a practical antistatic hard coat film including a conductive material and a hard coat layer with a function for preventing the base film from taking charge, and a practical ultraviolet-curable resin material composition suitable for materials for forming antistatic hard coat films.
A hard coat layer 2 is formed on a base film 1 by forming a layer of an ultraviolet-curable resin material composition on the base film, and curing the layer. The ultraviolet-curable resin material composition comprises a monomer having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups and/or an oligomer thereof, a quaternary ammonium salt having a (meth)acryloyl group and/or an oligomer thereof, a compatibilizer molecule having a (meth)acryloyl group and a hydrophilic group and/or an oligomer thereof, and a polymerization initiator. In this case, the (meth)acryloyl group means either an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group.
