PURPOSE: To protect operator's eyes and to prevent the hazard by static electric ity by successively sticking a circularly polarized film and transparent conduc tive film to one surface of a light transparent plastic sheet.

CONSTITUTION: The circularly polarized film and the transparent conductive film are successively stuck to one surface of the light transparent plastic sheet. A methacrylic resin, etc., are preferable in terms of optical properties and heat resistance as the light transparent plastic sheet. The plastic sheets which are colorless and transparent and are colored for adjustment of transmittance, etc., are used. The circularly polarized film is used to eliminate the reflected light on the display surface and the film formed by sticking a quarter wave plate to a linearly polarized film is used. The transparent conductive film is obtd. by forming a thin film consisting of one or ≥2 kinds of metal oxides such as indium oxide or one or ≥2 kinds of metals such as aluminum by vapor deposition, etc., onto a resin film consisting of polyethylene terephthalate, etc. The operator's eyes are protected in this way and the hazard by static electricity is prevented.
