Title:
ANTISTATIC RESIN COMPOSITION CONTAINING PHOSPHONIUM FLUORINATED SULFONATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3962837
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of exhibiting excellent heat resistance, transparency and mechanical property by including a thermoplastic polymer and a heat-resistant antistatic agent.
SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by mixing (A) an antistatic agent containing a halogenated carbon sulfonate of a multi-substituted phosphonium compound in an amount enough to impart antistatic characteristics with (B) a thermoplastic resin. Phosphonium fluorinated sulfonate is preferable as phosphonium sulfonate of the component A. An aromatic polycarbonate, a polyether imide, a polyester, a polyphenylene ether/polystyrene blend, a polamide, a polyketone, ABS or a blend of these polymer resins is preferable as the component B. Furthermore, the composition preferably comprises 90-99.95 wt.% component B and 10-0.05 wt.% component A.
