To provide an antistatic resin composition which gives a shaped article always excellent in antistatic properties regardless of types of shaping methods.

The antistatic resin composition comprises a dispersed phase consisting of an antistatic agent (A) having a polyoxyethylene chain, such as a polyether ester amide or a block polymer that has a structure wherein a block of a polyolefin (a) and a block of a polymer (b) having a polyoxyethylene chain with a volume resistivity of 1×105-1×1011 Ωcm are alternately, repeatedly bonded through at least one kind chosen from the group consisting of ester, amide, ether, and imide bonds, and a continuous phase consisting of a thermoplastic resin (B). The dispersed phase has a number average particle size, a number average minor axis, or a number average thickness of 0.01-1 μm.
