Abstract:
PURPOSE: Silicone grease having antistatic effects, sliding characteristics and long-term stability, containing a specific poly-organosiloxane, a thickening agent and a fluoroplastic fine powder in a specific ratio.
CONSTITUTION: The aimed grease comprising (A) 100pts.wt. polyorganosiloxane containing ≥1 or more polyoxyalkylene group in 1 molecule, shown by formula I [A is group shown by formula II (R2 is 3W10C alkylene; R3 is H or 1W4C alkyl p and q are 0W30 and p+q is 2W60); R1 is (un)substituted monofunctional hydrocarbon; a is 0 or 1; m is 0W50; n is 0W200], (B) 1W50pts.wt. thickening agent and (C) 1W50pts.wt. fluoroplastic fine powder.
