To obtain an antistatic, sweat-absorbing and antimicrobial double weave structure excellent in washing resistance without impairing its inherent feel of touch, by making a water-absorbing polymer adhere to the structure and forming an independent coating film layer of hydrogel containing no water- absorbing polymer on the polymer.
This structure is a double weave structure wherein one side thereof is mainly comprising polyester fiber and the other side antimicrobial fiber, electrically conductive durable fiber is blended on either surface, and furthermore a water-absorbing polymer lies adhered to the structure and moreover an independent coating film layer of hydrogel containing no water- absorbing polymer is formed on the polymer. Preferably, for this structure, a frictional dielectric strength and sweat-absorbability of the structure are ≤1.5 kV and ≤10 s, respectively, after washed 100 times, and it contains acetate fiber incorporated with an antimicrobial agent.
