Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an antistatic synthetic resin molded product good in transparency and weather resistance and useful for optical disks, etc., by disposing a cured coating film of a resin composition containing a sulfonic acid quaternary ammonium salt, a cross-linking oligomer, a polyfunctional acrylate, a photopolymerization initiator, etc., on the surface of a synthetic resin molded product substrate.
CONSTITUTION: The molded product good in weather resistance, transparency, and antistatic property is produced by forming the cured coating film of an UV light-curable resin composition containing (A) a sulfonic acid quaternary ammonium salt group-containing monomer (e.g. 2-sulfoethyl acrylate hexylammonium salt) of the formula [R1 is H, methyl; X is O, N(R3) (R3 is H, methyl); R2 is 8-20C alkyl], (B) a cross-linking oligomer (e.g. polyester methacrylate), (C) a tri or higher-functional (meth)acrylate (e.g. trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate), (D) a photopolymerization initiator (e.g. benzophenone), etc., the content of the component A being 2.0-20wt.%, on the surface of a synthetic resin molded product substrate.
