To provide an antistatic woven knitted fabric having excellent antistatic properties and scarcely causing a stuffy feeling, nor a sticky feeling, and to provide a fiber product.

This antistatic woven knitted fabric is composed of moisture absorbing polyetherester elastic yarn (A) having an equilibrium moisture absorption percentage of ≥5% at a temperature of 30°C and a humidity of 90% RH, and of non-moisture absorbing synthetic fiber yarn threads (B), wherein the non-moisture absorbing synthetic fiber yarn threads (B) are arranged on both the front and back surfaces of the woven knitted fabric and, on the other hand, the moisture absorbing polyetherester elastic yarn (A) is positioned in an inner layer in the direction of thickness of the woven knitted fabric and does not exposed on the front surface, nor the back surface, of the woven knitted fabric.
