Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an ink ribbon capable of eliminating drawbacks of a film ink ribbon, having stable running properties and preventing the discharge of static electricity harmful to a printer control unit.
CONSTITUTION: An ink ribbon is provided on one face of a biaxially oriented polyester film with a matrix type ink-applied layer, which uses ink paste including a highly polymeric binder, and with an antistatic layer on the other face of said film where no ink-applied layer is provided.
