Abstract:

To provide an inexpensively constructible antitheft device for a parked vehicle, which prevents the theft of a parked vehicle body, accessories, interior equipment, etc., and prevents a vehicle from being damaged by another vehicle, by tiltably and erectably holding a regulation frame, surrounding front side or both sides of the parked vehicle body subjected to the regulation of backward movement and placed on a base plate, by using a simplified operation mechanism.

The antitheft device is constituted to erect and hold the regulation frame F at least at the height of the approximate central portion of a wheel in such a manner as to surround three sides of the vehicle body B in parking. The regulation frame F is provided on a base plate 2 which is subjected to the placing of the parked vehicle M in the state of the regulation of the backward movement of the wheel W; a front frame F1 corresponding to the front of the vehicle body B, or right and left side frames F3 and F2 corresponding to both sides of the vehicle body B is or are supported on the base plate 2 in a derricking manner by artificial operations; and a lock means R for maintaining an erected state is provided.
