Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitheft device which cannot be made inoperable even when a person who tries to steal merchandise pulls a pin in this side.
SOLUTION: This antitheft device is constituted of a main body 3 mounted on merchandise and a coating conductive code 5 to fix the main body 3 to a fixing member. The main body 3 is constituted of a case 6 and an operation switch 7 arranged in the case 6. The operation switch 7 is constituted of: a switch piece 8 formed so as to be freely projectable from the case 6 to be made inoperable when projected from the case 6 and to be made operable when mounted on merchandise; a pin 9 arranged so as to be freely projectable from the case 6 to be made inoperable when projected from the case 6 and to be made operable when pushed into the case 6; a control means 10 to be made operable when the switch 8 and the pin 9 are both made operable; and a warning means 11 to transmit warning when the control means 10 is made operable. When the pin 9 is returned from its sunken status into the case 6 to its projected status, the control means 10 is not restored to its inoperable status.
