To decide fire alarming and other abnormality with simple constitution and know the occurrence of other abnormality to each sensor at a glance by distinguishing and sending different signal by a fire sensor at monitoring time, fire alarming time, and other abnormality time and deciding other abnormality by a house receiver in units of sensor lines with the signals.
A sensor line Ls to which a fire sensor S installed in each house is connected and a house receiver 1 installed in the house are connected together through a repeater 3 with a test terminal which is installed at the entrance, etc., of the house and used to test operation from outside by connecting a remote tester. The fire sensor S distinguishes and sends out the different signals to the sensor lines Ls at monitoring time, fire alarming time, and other abnormality time. Then the receiver 1 for the house detects the signal sent out from the signal line and decides fire alarming and its abnormality by the sensor lines Ls.
