To provide an aperture adjustment device that can perform a position adjustment of a drive unit.SOLUTION: An aperture adjustment device 6 has: a drive unit 22 that has a shaft; an aperture blade 16 that is driven to open and close by shaft rotation of the drive unit 22; and an aperture base plate 12 that supports the aperture blade 16 and drive unit 22. The aperture adjustment device has an eccentric plate 40 that is rotatably provided with a rotation shaft as a center to the aperture base plate 12, has a holding hole 46 in a location deviating from the rotation shaft, and the drive unit 22 is held inside the holding hole 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
