Abstract:
To prevent an optical filter such as a UVIR cut filter from being deformed even when receiving an influence of heat generated around a solid imaging device.
The UVIR cut filter 21 is attached by inserting fixing pins 23 provided on a diaphragm blade supporting plate 2a on an opposite surface with respect to the solid imaging device 22 into a plurality of insertion holes provided at an outer circumference part of the UVIR cut filter 21 and fixing the circumference by using an adhesive. Thus, straightening force acts on the UVIR cut filter 21 in vertical direction, so that flatness is improved.
