PURPOSE: To facilitate the adjustment of strip width by arranging a pushing block at back face of a belt, constituting molten metal part with disk roll group and making expansion/contraction of the disk roll group as following to shifting of the pushing block.
CONSTITUTION: The pushing block 18 shifted with a driving device 17 while synchronizing with short side molds 5 shifting with a driving device 13 toward width direction is arranged at back face of the belt 4. Each disk in the disk roll group 12 is penetrated with a shaft 14 and key 16 is slidably inserted in key groove 15 to the shaft 14. The key 16 provides hook-like projections at both ends and both adjoining disks are connected with through hook part 12b in the boss 12a fitting the disk. At the time of adjusting the strip width, the block 18 is shifted to position corresponding to the short side mold 5, and each boss 12a is slided along the shaft 14. A the disk roll group 12 for supporting the belt 4 can be automatically expanded/contracted, the adjustment of the metal strip width is facilitated.
