PURPOSE: To provide a filling device having a quite simple structure and function by a method wherein a flow valve and a flow-out valve are formed as a double- acting valve having a common valve element, a liquid passing port of the valve, at its first closed position, is closed to open a liquid flowing-out port and in turn at its second closing position, the liquid outlet is closed to open a liquid flowing port.

CONSTITUTION: A liquid flowing port 16 and a liquid flowing-out port 17 are arranged such that they can be opened or closed alternatively through a double- acting valve 18 having a common valve member 19. A first closing position of the valve member 19 is set by a valve seat 21 of the liquid flowing port 16. At the closed position of the valve 19, a liquid flow from a storing container 1 to a delivering chamber 14 is shut and the liquid flowing-out port 17 of the delivering chamber 14 is opened. A second closing position of the valve 19 is set by a valve seat 22 of the liquid flowing-out port 17. At the closed position of the valve 19, the liquid flowing-out port 17 is shut and to the contrary the liquid flowing port 16 is opened.
