Abstract:
PURPOSE:To maintain adsorbing effect of adsorbing unit by preventing warp at the contacting section of partition wall and wall face even if the wall face is coarse. CONSTITUTION:Partition wall 26 for regulating the pressure reduction area has an inner wall section 32b extending from the inside end jointed to the circumferential section of pressure receiving body 2 toward the wall face 4 at the outside of said body 2 to the contacting section 32a with the wall face 4, and an outer wall section 32c extending in departing direction from the wall face 4 at the outside of said body 2 to the outside end. The inner wall section 32b is curved in concave toward the wall face 4 to prevent warp at the end section of partition wall while to reduce the force for pressing the contacting section 32a against the wall section 4 thus to suppress abrasion at the contacting section 32a.
