To provide an apparatus capable of suppressing the power consumption, height or length, raising productivity without holding stock and contributing to microorganisms, etc., taking active parts in wide fields such as environment-related business or food-related business utilizing biotechnologies or the microorganisms.

This apparatus for adsorbing bacteria or the like is obtained by charging washed or sterilized porous ceramic ball-shaped materials, etc., in a vacuum tank, (a) sucking a volume of oxygen with a vacuum pump according to the water absorbency of the porous ceramics, (b) mixing culture media, etc., with pure water, carrying out heat treatment at about 121°C, continuing the heat treatment for about 15 min, then charging the objective utilized stains, etc., stirring the resultant mixture, etc., (c) subsequently charging a culture solution in a required amount according to the water absorption percentage of the porous ceramics, etc., into a culture solution tank, opening an opening and closing valve for exclusive use of the culture solution in a moment, passing the culture solution through a bellows hose, discharging the culture solution on the porous ceramics, etc., and thereby absorbing the culture solution on the porous ceramics, etc., (d) returning the excessive culture solution to the culture solution tank with a pump and (e) taking out the ceramics, etc., absorbing the culture solution from a takeout port.
