A CPU 20 issues a command to a coating material discharge nozzle angle adjusting part 31 on the basis of the data inputted from an I/F part 21. The coating material discharge nozzle angle adjusting part 31 changes the angle of a coating discharge nozzle on the basis of this command. At this time, when the coating material discharge nozzle 14 is set so as to have a certain angle with respect to the member 16 to be coated arranged on a stage 17, the coating material discharged from the coating material discharge nozzle 14 can take the optimum shape with respect to the member 16 to be coated.
