PURPOSE: To obtain an apparatus for automatic cooking systems capable of automatically taking out food materials from a freezing (refrigerating) chamber into a microwave oven, thermally cooking the food materials, providing a higher efficiency in operation and saving the labor.

CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for automatic cooking systems is obtained by arranging a freezing chamber 3 and a refrigerator 4 on left and right hands of a microwave oven 1 and making them communicate through openings 18 and 19. When a menu button is pressed according to an order, food materials 2 in storage chambers (3B) and (4B) are conveyed from food material conveying shelf devices (14a), (14b), (15a) and (15b) to a microwave oven chamber (1A) and thermally cooked.
