PURPOSE: To feed sheets of test paper under germfree conditions, by using an opening and closing lever supporting the one end of the undersurface of the lowest test paper by opening and closing operation and a cartridge, having a dropping outlet on the bottom surface, and kept in the horizontal state with a protrusion supporting the other end of the undersurface part thereof.

CONSTITUTION: A cartridge 5 having many sheets of test paper 4 contained therein is inserted into a casing body and held, and the bottom surface of the cartridge 5 is opened as a dropping outlet 6. One end (4a) of the undersurface part of the lowest test paper 4 is supported by the bottom part (7a) of an opening and closing lever 7, and the other end (4b) is supported by a protrusion 9 in the cartridge 5 to keep the test paper 4 in the horizontal state.
