PURPOSE: To automatically take out a predetermined amount of a fuel burning aid without leaving a large amount of said burning aid in a drum, by scooping up the fuel burning aid by the metering cup provided to the inner surface of a drum arranged in an almost horizontal state and storing the fuel burning aid therein while rotating said drum.

CONSTITUTION: When a predetermined amount of a fuel burning aid 2 is inserted into a drum 1 from the insert port thereof, a metering cup 12 gets into the fuel burning aid 2 which is then scooped up by said cup 12. In this case, because the fuel burning aid 2 is also rotated together with the rotation of the drum 1 and thereafter fallen by its own wt., a state as if the fuel burning aid 2 is sprinkled to the metering cup 12 from above is formed and the certain scooping- up of the fuel burning aid is enabled without requiring special large power.
