Abstract:
PURPOSE: To rationalize the producing process by disposing one of the moving passage of a conveying carriage having a plurality of conveying arms perpendicularly to an injection molding machine, crossing the other with a turntable axis, and disposing a main processing facility on the line parallel to it.
CONSTITUTION: A conveying arms 4, 4', 4", 5, 5', 5" having board holders 6, 6', 6", 7, 7', 7" are disposed at both sides of a conveying carriage 3. The carriage 3 is movable at a distance (a) along the line C, which is extended perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction D of an injection molding machine 12. The holders 6, 6', 6" are formed in a disc state, and simultaneously operated as a closing cover 28 for the inlet lock gate or outlet lock gate 23 of a vacuum coating unit 8. A turntable 13 is rotated at each angle β in a step type. Treating and processing units disposed at the periphery are screw clamped in a frame 27, and exchangeable. The operating steps are reduced by the means.
