To avoid excitation in the blade of a turbine engine with a simple structure.
A plurality of blades 3 are radially integrated on the outer periphery surface of a disk section 2 of a turbine rotor 1, each projecting end of the plurality of blades is enclosed and a plurality of tip shrouds 4 divided between adjacent blades are integrated, a gap having a predetermined width is provided between adjacent end sections 4a of the tip shroud, a pin engagement hole is formed between adjacent edge sections, and a pin is prevented from coming off in the axial direction in the pin engagement hole and is retained in the axial direction and the diameter direction with backlash. When lift is changed periodically and each blade is excited by the wake flow and positive pressure distribution of a vane arranged at the upstream of a turbine rotor, attenuation effect by allowing the pin to slide into the pin engagement hole provided at the tip shroud can be obtained since the pin is retained between respective tip shrouds being divided each other with backlash, thus avoiding the excitation of the blade.
