PURPOSE: To easily bond a tape, by mounting a tape mount part having a tape mounted thereto in a drawable manner, a tape bonding operation part movable in a before-and-behind direction so as to bring a tape draw-out port into contact with the under surface of an article to be packed and a tape cutter operating part.

CONSTITUTION: A tape 600 is mounted to a tape mount part 322 in a drawable manner. When an article 500 to be packed stops on a mount plate 346, an arm 326 tilts and, by this tilting, one end part 601 of the tape 600 drawn out from the tape draw-out port 328a of tape guide parts 328, 329, 330 is brought into contact with the under surface 502 of the article 500 to be packed to successively bond the tape 600 to said under surface 502. At this tilting time, the other end of the tape 600 is cut at a tape draw-out part 328a by a cutter 341 and a tape piece 602 is bonded to the under surface 502 of the article 500 to be packed.
