Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus designed to obtain divided bread dough with uniform specification by making the belt supporting the bottom of dough in a hopper, a cutting edge and a discharge belt specified, respectively.

CONSTITUTION: A bread dough lump is cut and divided by a hair clipper-type cutting edge 15 and a discharge belt 32 provided at a dough outlet while supporting the dough bottom by a belt 10 with its relative speed to the bottom of dough 1 in a hopper 2 made zero. The dough thus cut is grasped by the belt 32 and another belt 24 and discharged, thus obtaining bread dough of uniform, specified thickness under suppressing the destruction of dough texture.
