Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus capable of carrying out the feed of a raw material without coating by blowing a preheated raw material, charged and fed from a cyclone in the lowermost stage constructing a suspension preheater into a granulating furnace together with pressure feeding air into a moving bed in the granulating furnace.
CONSTITUTION: A preheated raw material collected in a cyclone (C1) in the lowermost stage constructing a suspension heater, together with pressure feeding air, is blown into a moving bed in a granulating furnace 4 and passed therethrough to improve the granulating efficiency due to the uniform dispersion of the raw material and prevent the coating from occurring on the wall surface of the granulating furnace.
