Abstract:
To carbonize refuse under low-noise level, and in a short time.
A number of premixed flames are formed, diffusion flames are formed around the premixed flame. Generated gas is sufficiently heated in the high temperature zone between the premixed flames and the diffusion flames, and then laminar-flow flames are formed to burn perfectly. Oxidation catalyst 28 is provided at the outlet of the combustion chamber 25, while dry- distillation gas, which has not been oxidized in the combustion chamber 25, is perfectly oxidized, refuse 33 in a refuse vessel 32 is carbonized with the heat of the gas.
