Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus case enhancing joining force of a first member to a second member.
SOLUTION: A terminal holder 6 is arranged in a lower case 12 together with a secondary battery 2, a substrate, and others so that a terminal 4 of the lower case 12 is projected from an electrode window 5, and the lower case 12 is blocked with an upper case 11 having a curved surface part 11a. At that time, a groove part and a projecting part in the peripheries of the upper case 11 and the lower case 12, and a groove part 11h of a first rib 11e and a second rib 12e are fit. An ultrasonic wave is applied to an intersection point of the first rib 11e and the second rib 12e from the bottom side of the lower case 12, and the periphery of the upper case 11 and that of the lower case 12 are ultrasonically bonded. Thereby, a battery pack including the battery 2, the substrate on which a protection circuit protecting the battery is mounted, and the terminal holder 6 holding the terminal to be connected to the outside are built in a case 1 is obtained.
