In the apparatus 10 for cell culture, comprising the constant temperature bath 11 having a storage part 60 for storing a cell culture vessel 15 for culturing cells, an observation part 70 for observing cells and a carrying in and out part 13 for carrying in and out the cell culture vessel 15, the apparatus is equipped with an input part 40 for inputting information of cells to be stored in the storage part 60, an information memory part 20 for memorizing information imputed from the input part 40 and observation information observed by the observation part 70 and an information continuation part 52 that relates cells to be recarried in to information of the information memory part 20 memorized before carrying out and continuously memorizes the information of cells after recarrying in and observation information in the information of the information memory part 20 before carrying out when the cell culture vessel 15 is carried out from the carrying in and out part 13 and recarried in.
