PURPOSE: To rapidly operate first to third rotating bodies to assure transfer of a vessel by providing the third rotating body to be rotated synchronized with the first and second rotating bodies with a sucking member and a rocking mechanism for rocking the sucking member.

CONSTITUTION: A pushing rod 131 provided on a cutter 100 proceeds to push a vessel 5B while it is rotated clockwise on a supporting block 103, press-fits a radius direction inner face with a rotating body 201 of the vessel 5B as reference against a sucking pad 214 so that the vessel 5B is sucked by the sucking pad 214 and carried along with rotation of the rotating body 201. A sucking member 213 is rotated clockwise with respect to the rotating body 201 along with rotation of the rotating body 201 by a rocking mechanism 220 so that the vessel 5B sucked and held by the sucking pad 214 is carried while it is kept in a straight standing state. At this time the rotation center of the sucking member 213 is set so that it approximately aligns to a line passing the gravity center of the vessel 5B, thereby allowing the vessel 5B to be dropped and supplied into a storage 302 of a vessel molding apparatus 300 without being dropped from the sucking pad 214.
