To provide an apparatus for charging of a vehicle in consideration of suitable control of heat generated in battery charging, when charging an onboard battery during vehicle stopping by connecting with an external power supply.
The apparatus includes: a charging unit 2 which supplies heat energy generated when charging, to a warm air required part, while charging the onboard battery by connecting with an external power supply during vehicle stopping; a charging control module which computes the charging control amount at each time point in charging use time based on a charging required amount of the battery, charging use time till the vehicle restarting time, and the degree of heat demand of the warm air required part, and outputs a charge control signal corresponding to the charging control amount to the charge unit 2.
