PURPOSE: To provide automatic apparatus that can conduct compactly and efficiently a series of operations of supplying, cleaning, dewatering, drying, and removing of stained containers.
CONSTITUTION: An automatic apparatus is composed of the following mechanisms: a supporting mechanism consisting of a transfer machine 11 which suplies containers 1 piled up facedown on a supply lifter 3 and a lifter 3 onto a chain conveyer 19 one by one; a transfer mechanism consisting of a conveyer, the chain of which is equipped with an attachment for supporting the containers; a spray cleaning mechanism for cleaning the containers 1; a dewatering and drying mechanism consisting of a dewatering air nozzle 26 using compressed air and a drying hot-air nozzle 27 using hot air; an inversion mechanism which mounts the dried containers 1 facedown on a removing lifter 33; and a removing mechanism consisting of the removing lifter 33.
