Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleaning effect to a flexible container bag and to shorten drying time after cleaning.
SOLUTION: A flexible container bag 1 is hung up and warm air is blown into a top side opening part 2 from a warm air feeding pipe 11 to make the flexible container bag 1 to an expanded condition. A cleaning machine 7 is inserted from the top side opening part 2 of the flexible container bag 1 and warm water whose temp. is adjusted at 50-65°C by means of a warm water feeding device 8 is sprayed toward the inner face of the flexible container bag 1 from a spherical nozzle 9. The warm water falls down on the inner face of the flexible container bag 1 under a condition where it is spread into a thin film and even when feeding of the warm water is stopped, the warm water adheres on the inner face of the flexible container bag 1 under the condition where it is spread into a thin film.
