Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a foreign matter over a projecting part even when the projecting part is in the inner surface of a cylindrical body.
SOLUTION: A rotary shaft body 11 is rotated and inserted into a seismograph installing case 1 as a cylindrical body. The foreign matter adhering to the inner surface of the case 1 is scraped by a cleaning brush 12 attached to the tip part of the rotary shaft body 11. The foreign matter left on the inner surface of the case 1 is scraped by cleaning screws 13 and 14 attached to the outer circumferential surface of the rotary shaft body 11 and inserted after the cleaning brush 12. After scraping or loosening the foreign matter by using the cleaning brush 12, the remaining foreign matter is removed by the cleaning screws 13 and 14. The foreign matter adhering to the direction fixing key 6 of a seismograph projected to the inner surface of the case 1 and the foreign matter beyond the direction fixing key 6 of the inner surface of the case 1 are scraped by the cleaning brush 12.
