PURPOSE: To carry out combustion control and management of a coke oven, by measuring an oven wall temperature in a carbonization chamber, collecting the measured data in a computer, calculating the deviation fron the standard values, and indicating the opening degree of an adjusting cock for heating gas and air and adjustment of combustion distribution.
CONSTITUTION: Oven wall temperatures of a carbonization chamber measured by heat radiation pyrometers on coke oven pushers 1W3, contact signals such as continuous signals of pushing electric current and pushing signals, etc. and pulse laser beams are mutually converted. The laser beams are projected and received by projectors 28 and receptors on the pushes 1W3. Fixed stations 6W8 having laser beam-electric signal converters are provided at positions on the extension of the forward direction of the pushers 1W3. Signals from the respective fixed stations 6W8 are collected in a laser signal ground controller 9, and further the oven wall temperature signals of the carbonization chamber are collected to give a glue temperature signal and judgement signal of the carbonization. Thus, the combustion control and management of the coke oven are carried out.
