PURPOSE: To make it possible to produce continuously and automatically chocolate having a solid decoration having a color different from that of a chocolate body, by using a device for removing the second chocolate material sticking to the bottom force for casting the first chocolate material.

CONSTITUTION: Plural bottom forces 4 having engraved solid decoration patterns are moved continuously by a conveyor apparatus 1, and the first chocolate material 6 forming decoration patterns is cast into the bottom force 4 by a device 5 one after another and cooled by a cooling device 8. The top of the bottom force 4 is scraped by a scraper 7 to scratch off the material 6 and cool the material 6 by the cooling device 8. Top forces 10 having perforated holes are laminated of the bottom force 4 one after another by a device 14, and the second chocolate material 15 forming the chocolate body is cast into the laminated top forces 10 one after another by a device 16. The materials 6 and 15 are cooled and solidified by a cooling device 17 one after another, and the solidified and integrated materials 6 and 15 are demolded one after another by a device 19 to remove the chocolate material sticking to the bottom forces 4 by a device 20.
