This heating/cooling apparatus control system comprises a sensor portion 14, a parameter setting portion 21 setting personal information and the stay time of a person staying in the room, an operation performance data bank 22 storing temporal change of indoor thermal environment and energy consumption as operation performance data, an operation performance data searching portion 22 extracting plural data among the stored operation performance data as tentative selective operation performance data, an economic efficiency evaluating portion calculating economic efficiency evaluation data while considering an indoor stay time on each tentative selective operation performance data, a comfort evaluating portion calculating temporal change data of thermal comfort level to each tentative selective operation performance data, and calculating comfort evaluation data of time-to-comfort and comfort rate, a comprehensive evaluation portion selecting the operation performance data suitable for control on the basis of the economic efficiency evaluation data and the comfort evaluation data of each tentative selective operation performance data, and a control signal output portion controlling each heating/cooling apparatus on the basis of the operation performance data.
